Return Process

  Log into your Shop-AKASO account or visit our support portal to submit a return request using your order number and email address.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the RMA form is placed inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
